Got A Question for Jim Henke?
We’re preparing for a trip to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum to interview Jim Henke and shoot the video for his conference presentation, which he has titled: “We are meant to be one of the great groups”: How U2 Saved Rock and Roll.
Just wondering if you have a question you’d like to hear him answer. Leave a comment to let us know.
Thanks!

K, I got one: Andrew Mueller in the London Times just noted, in a great turn of phrase, that there’s legions of U2 fans out there “younger than Boy, many younger than Achtung Baby.” I’d like to hear Henke comment specifically on U2’s ability to reach new generations of fans with each release, particularly when (at least in this country) their songs aren’t exactly zinging up the singles charts.

Here’s my question. Could you describe what it was like going through Larry’s archives of material when you were planning the U2 exhibit at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Museum (BTW, it was a great exhibit and finally got me to join the Museum).
